WHEN WILL THE BLOOD BATHS END?

Here I give you yet another hung galgo... Noel! I find myself struggling to know what to say, what to write because words fail me everytime I see a situation like this. How can someone do this? This is an enormous problem which is not getting any better, it just keep happening time and time again... the government have "blood on their hands" as much as the abuser!

A LAW IS OVER DUE AND WE MUST KEEP TRYING, how many more abandoned galgos will there be? The freedom to kill a dog in this way just goes unnoticed, the ease to end his life with no thought other than .. he was a bad hunter, worthless, costs money to keep.. throw him away, it doesnt matter he feels nothing!!! Does that ease the conscience of a person so bad inside they can do this, and probably repeat it again and again dog after dog? Its truly sickening!
